As NephroPlus expands across the length and breadth of India, one challenge continued to bother us – the severe shortage of trained and certified dialysis staff. To ensure that we employ only the very best when it comes to guest care, we launched our own training academy.
Enpidia has tied up with BONENT, the reputed certification agency for dialysis technicians and nurses in the US. Additionally, we are empaneled with Healthcare Sector Skill Council and Bharat Sevak Samaj, Chennai which offers government recognized dialysis courses.
During the last 3 years, we have trained more than 200 students and placed them successfully in our centres and elsewhere.
NephroPlus is India’s largest dialysis center network. Each NephroPlus center is a one stop shop for all of a dialysis guest’s needs. With a strong commitment to quality, NephroPlus is spearheading a change in the way dialysis is done in India.
